"I will beat Henry to the blog this morning," said Jen. And so she did.
Buenos dias mis amigos! What is happening with you this Monday morning? Ouselves? Well we've been pretty busy actually. This week especially. We're rehearsing our set for next Monday's Great Scott show (more on this below), we're making a brief journey to New York to take care of some record stuff, and generally getting into the spirit of the month ahead of us. We've got a couple cool projects coming up that I'll be able to tell you more about as the month progresses and I'm happy to report we're cracking away at booking again for the new year. The most nearest piece of important information I can share with you though is that you should absolutely come to our show on Monday, December 3rd at Great Scott in Allston, MA. Yes, I know it's a Monday, but we are sharing the bill with a great band from D.C. called No Second Troy, so we had to take it. Check out what Spin had to say about them. Best part is you can still catch Heroes and then come straight down for our set at 10pm and stick around for No Second Troy who are on right after us! How convenient is that? :) In other news, Henry and I had a chance to see our boys, Radio America, at Ralph's this weekend. They've got a new guitar player, Gabe, and seeing the band as a four-piece was exciting. Like a small army really. They're back in New York now and playing on Thursday night. Check 'em out! That's about it for me. I'll have more to share with you soon. And all you Bostonians, I hope to see you out on Dec. 3rd at Great Scott in Allston. More new tunes and as well as the old ones. :) Cheers, Jen BLOG ARCHIVE
