To say that waking up was a pain in the ass in Charleston is redundant. We made the mistake of getting wrecked two days in a row. It was not going to happen again. Checked out of the hotel at 11am on the nose and started on the long drive to Orlando. We weren't playing or anything, but the next show's in Miami and there was no way in hell we were driving 11 hours.

We crashed with my aunt Maria, who has a place there. A really nice place, I might add, with a jacuzzi. I got to see some of my cousins that I hadn't gotten to see in a while, so that was nice (though, there was intense foreboding of the familial assault that awaited in Miami). 'Twas a nice change from hotels, and no one had to sleep on the floor. We stayed up pretty late hanging out with Maria... mostly reading the Fail Blog.

Hmm.. yea, not much to report for this day. We basically spent the entire day in the car without catching someone with their pants down in a public toilet.
